Your launch call with our Client Success Manager (CSM) has been successfully booked.
What to Expect:
During the launch call, your dedicated CSM will guide you through a detailed discussion to understand the specific position you are looking to fill. We'll also take the time to discuss in detail about what this journey looks like, from the Job Description preparation to the Onboarding of the new team member and beyond.

A prepared leader is a successful leader, so please make sure you are in an appropriate space to take the call.  If you’re on the go, have a bad internet connection, or can’t devote your full attention, we will not take the call and initiate a reschedule. The call takes at the very least 45 minutes of our shared time, it is not possible to exchange all the necessary information in a shorter time than that.If for any reason you cannot make it to the meeting, please rebook on the link sent to your email or reach out to your CSM for help.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
On the launch call, we will make a video introduction of you to the candidates.
This will be a 2-3 minute video with these specific questions so please be ready to answer them on video on the scheduled launch call.

  • Can you provide a brief overview of your company the mission & vision?
  • What are the core values that drive your company culture?
  • Could you share specific insights into the role you are hiring for?
  • How would you describe the team culture for the new hire who will be coming on board?
  • Where do you see the company heading in the next few months and the next few years, and how does this role contribute to that vision?
  • What qualities or skills are you looking for in potential candidates for this role?
  • What growth opportunities are available for someone joining your team?
  • What message would you like to convey to candidates who are considering applying for this position? (why should someone come work for this company?)
